KENT BOARD MEETING MINUTES JUNE 29, 1980

The meeting was called to order at 9:45 a.m. with the following members present: Dostal, Kaltenborn, Keenan, Knoll, Lange, and Webster. Madeline Lowery was unanimously appointed to the Board.

Karl Erbland has resigned all positions and duties, but had not as yet relinquished the Organization's records. Revision of mailing list and membership list will begin immediately.

The Membership Drive will also be revived and put into full gear. The advertising campaign will be acted upon as previously planned.

Dostal, Knoll, Kaltenborn, and Keenan will organize the Newsletter and its distribution.

The Treasurer's report was road and approved.

Action was taken to reimburse Kaltenborn for his additional expenses in the trip to Fostoria to recover the Organization's records from Erbland. A report on the voting on the revised restructuring of the organization was received: Ten ballots were returned. Six approved the revisions, four opposed and/or made suggestions. The suggestions for changes were discussed and will be presented as amendments for general discussion at a meeting to be held on August 17, in Columbus. (The time and place are to

be found elsewhere in this Newsletter) The Legislative Pamphlet was discussed. Printing estimates will be gathered by Webster. Final approval will be made at another meeting.

Webster reported the cost estimates for re-printing the Membership and Educational Pamphlets. The Membership form will cost $53.00 for 1,000; the Educational Pamphlet will be $92. for 2,000 copies. Lowery moved, Keenan seconded that these estimates be accepted. Motion passed unanimously. The Cincinnati October 4th Workshop was discussed. Knoll moved, Dostal Seconded that OGRC offer co-sponsorship to GCGC for the event. Motion passed unanimously.

The Athens November Horkshop was also discussed. The Workshop topic will be Campus Organizing. The details of this will have to be worked out later.

Webster moved, Keenan seconded that the meeting be adjourned. Meeting closed at 1:17 p.m.
