Delores moved that the November newsletter be printed in the same manner as the past and that we have an investigation of Karl and his ability to print the newsletter after that. The motion was seconded by Diane. It passed unanimously. Rick suggested that a formal contract be drawn up for the printing of the newsletter.

Nominations for the board came next. Delores nominated Frances Dostal, Jay Webster, Rick Lange and Roger Walton for reelection. Frances nominated Dan Cress, Delores nominated Art Kaltenborn and Jan Suter. Jan declined the nomination. Karl Erbland nominated himself. Delores then moved that the November meeting count as one of the two meetings required for attendance of Board candidates. It was seconded by Barbara and passed unanimously.

Jay then gave an extensive report on the 1979 State Fair Booth and media coverage of it. Various staffing problems were raised by Howard and Jay mentioned that they are covered in her proposals for the 1980 booth. Thanks was given to all the people who helped with making the booth such a success. Herman moved that all money held in the Fair Booth Account be reserved for the 1980 booth. It was seconded by Roger and passed unanimously.

The general meeting adjourned at 4130 p.m.

NEXT MEETING

The next OGRC meeting will be Sunday, November 18, 1979 in Cleveland at the GEAR Foundation. The Board meeting will be from 11-3 and the general from 3-5. The address of the GEAR Foundation is 1012 Sumner Ct in Cleveland. The phone is (216) 621-3380. Directions from I-71 and I-77 take the 9th Street exit. Sumner is one block north of Carnegie of E. 9th Street, next to New Dimensions bar. 1980 CALENDAR

During 1980, there will be five board meetings and three general meetings. During all three general meetings there will be a seminar or social event of general interest. The following is the most up to date calendar for 1980 as yet:
