of other OGRC members were also present.
As of August
Art Kaltenborn presented the treasurer's report. 15, 1980, OGRC had $940.83 in checking (with $161.71 set aside for the State Fair Booth) and $300.00 in savings.
Money was appropriated for the printing of the legal rights pamphlet. A motion passed to send fifty copies of the legal rights pamphlet and fifty copies of the pamphlet "Have You Ever Wondered" to all affiliate organizations of OGRC. Additional copies will be made available to member organizations at 5 each, with the Board empowered to award free copies. Non-affiliated organizations or individuals may order copies at 10 each.
Hermann presented a brief report on the OGRC booth at the Ohio State Fair. Since our booth this year occupied a double space, its visability was quite good. Volunteers to staff the booth kept their commitments. The projected financial status of the booth looks good. Karl Erbland was formally removed from the Board.
A motion was passed to pay for legal expenses to attempt to recover from Mr. Erbland our membership records and $50.00 in petty cash.
Discussion was held on the possibility of obtaining official buttons and T-shirts for OCRC. Ruth-Anne, a member from Dayton, was authorized to spend up to $40.00 for a button-maker and supplies. Howard Getz will be the contact person for the workshop to be held in Cincinnati on Oct. 18.
Pat Clayton of Cincinnati presented information on the WhitmanBrooks workshop to be sponsored jointly by GAUC and OGRC.
