THE PAC REPORT
206, 766-77 W157
Stonewall PAC of Ohio, the political action arm of our organization will file its campaign reports next month showing a fifty percent increase over last years contributions. Operated separately from Stonewall Union, the PAC had raised by election time this year over $1400 for use in the local elections just passed. Nearly $1100 of this amount went directly into the campaigns of the endorsed candidates. In addition to financial help. the PAC assisted candidates for mayor, city council, school board and within the state issue campaigns with volunteers and exposure. Over four hundred. new voters were registered by the PAC and nearly ten thousand households our endorsement list via leafleting. mailings, and advertisements. Thanks to the candidates, their campaigns, the volunteers, and those who sent in contributions. Now for the '84 elections....

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
Stonewall Union is fortunate enough to be able to provide its newsletters and mailings to well over twelve hundred households and organizations. We do this free of charge in order to provide information to the community and those on the mailing list are considered to be an important part of the Union. We also encourage those who are not formally members to join Stonewall Union and become a full member or sponsor of the organization. Our current membership has dipped slightly this autumn and we'd like to build that up and increase the number of our voting members. There are membership blanks with this mailing...why not clip them for yourself or a significant other and give a gift that will keep on giving for us all in the coming new year.
